I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

I approach my work with curiosity and openness, as well as a deep respect and understanding for the ways my patients have adapted to the world. I view therapy as a collaborative endeavor and strive to create a safe, warm, and validating environment that enables people to share and be vulnerable without fear of judgment.

My orientation is predominantly psychodynamic, and I tailor my approach to each person and draw from different disciplines to address the unique circumstances and complexities of every patient. Psychodynamic therapy is an in-depth approach to healing that focuses on relationship patterns and the links between formative experiences and current symptoms, while always taking into account the greater cultural context and systems of oppression.

In addition to my private practice, I served as the Training Director of the Counseling and Psychological Services department at Holy Names University in Oakland from 2018-2020, where I provided supervision and training to advanced doctoral students, as well as consultation to university staff. I have also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Wright Institute, where I supervised child assessment cases.
